The Brussels-Capital Region stands out on various levels in the IPTS report

The Institute for Prospective Technological Studies (IPTS) has just published its Atlas of ICT Activity in Europe. This report maps out the European ICT landscape and provides an overview of the performance of regions identified as being the main ICT levers in Europe.
Brussels-Capital stands out on various levels in this report (three times in a top 10, three times in a top 15, four times in top 20). Brussels-Capital ranks 48th in the overall classification, which takes account of the performances of 1,303 European regions in the field of ICT. The city of Munich holds first place in this classification.
