Register for the international conference organised by FARI on "AI, Data and Robotics for the Common Good"

On 5 and 6 July, FARI is organising an international conference on "AI, Data and Robotics for the Common Good" at Bozar. Marc Van den Bossche, Deputy Director-General of the BRIC, will be present for the debate on "Linking up international initiatives to Brussels reality".

The two-day conference, supported by the NextGeneration EU programme, Innoviris and the BRIC, will bring together experts, researchers and policy makers in the fields of AI, data and robotics. The agenda includes discussions on current trends in AI, data and robotics and their impact on the Brussels-Capital Region. The objective is to inspire and generate concrete responses to create a framework for AI in Brussels.

The following themes will be addressed on day one:

  • "The challenges of defining AI, Data and Robotics for the Common Good"
  • "International and local initiatives in AI, Data and Robotics for the Common Good". Marc Van den Bossche, Deputy Director-General of the BRIC, will be present for the debate on "Linking up international initiatives to Brussels reality".

The following themes will be addressed on day two:

  • "How to involve and mobilise citizens more around AI, Data and Robotics"
  • "Can AI be transparent and fair? A legal perspective"
  • "Are robots sustainable?"
  • "How are AI and Data used by and for cities?"
