Launch of the "e-government" training catalogue!

Thanks to the training catalogue of the Training and Consultancy Centre of the Brussels local authorities, municipal and regional officials will now be able to learn how to support users in using a more digital administration.

Regional and municipal officials in direct contact with citizens have a key role to play in digital appropriation.

Raising awareness among the administrations is one of the flagship projects of the digital appropriation plan headed by the BRIC, in partnership with

Thanks to and the Training and Consultancy Centre of the Brussels local authorities, the "e-Government" training catalogue is now available and is based on the following 3 themes:

- the virtual counter of the Brussels public administrations (IRISbox) 

This training course will be given by our colleague Julie Koplowicz, Implementation Manager.

- authentication modes at the virtual counters of public administrations

- support for users facing the digital divide, based on practical cases.

Note that these training courses for local government officials can also be provided to regional government staff. Please contact for more information.
