The one-stop shop of the Brussels Region is still grabbing the limelight during the coronavirus crisis, and for several good reasons!

Firstly, the Municipality of Anderlecht is currently using IRISbox to organise the collection of bulky waste from homes; so people no longer need to go out, they just have to arrange a time via IRISbox. The municipal services can also use it to collect clothes, shoes, bags, furniture, computers and other items in good condition from homes, and donate them to the most impoverished residents of Anderlecht as part of municipal community-based actions.

The municipality of Forest is using IRISbox for the distribution of fabric masks to its residents! The municipal authorities have already planned the  systematic distribution of masks to people aged over 65, from Monday 4 May. People aged under 65 who have to use public transport to go to work or school can apply for a mask via IRISbox.

One platform, many different services for the citizens of Brussels!
