  • Updates following the new law of 30 July 2018 on the protection of individuals, which replaces the law of 1992
  • The consequences of security incidents or identity theft and processed to be implemented
The next session will take place on Thursday 18 April 2019 at the BRIC. Early birds can register by mail at the following address:  DPO_ISA_knowledgecenter@cirb.brussels.

Several topics will be discussed, among which:

  • Data storage, archiving and destruction time limits
  • “Is legitimate interest as a legal base in accordance with the GDPR also valid for public institutions?”
  • “Which types of data processing should be preceded by risk analyses and effect assessments?”
