Fix My Street

A fourth version of Fix My Street is now available. It is the result of a partnership established with various organisations which are now informed directly of reported incidents that concern them:

  • Belgacom: data integration and exchange with their back office
  • Sibelga: category alignment with their back office; role change enabling total flow management (until incident closure)
  • Osiris: functional and technical analysis

Now available in Google Play Store en Apple AppStore!

What impact will this have on citizens using the app?

  • A closed incident may be reopened if it has not been resolved entirely satisfactorily.
  • The interfaces have been improved and simplified (cartography, design and ergonomics, for the web and mobile versions).
  • Automatic dispatching to partners has been improved: the incident processing times have been revised downwards.

  • 20,000 incidents in Fix My Street since its launch in April 2013
  • 360 professional users (municipal agents, public roads managers, etc.)
  • 4,500 visits per month (+30% compared with 2013)
