A BOS User Club was held in the BRIC offices on 18 May 2018. It proved a great success, with a total of 26 participants from 18 administrations (municipal authorities, public social assistance centres and police zones) taking part.

This provided an opportunity to review the achievements of 2017-2018 and present the improvements that are in the pipeline.

Users were asked to say which improvements they would like to see developed as a matter of priority. Around 60 requests for improvements were made. Of these, the following received the most votes:

  • integration with the TMS (template management system),
  • improvement of access management,
  • improvement of signatory management in BOS xchange,
  • the electronic signature with probative value,
  • and implementation of the procedure for sending decisions to the Vice-Governor electronically.

Thank you to the teams who made this User Club a success.
