The Digiflow application enables public administrations and certain official databases to share information electronically.

So, this federal service authorises access to the details of companies taking part in a contract award procedure:

  • annual accounts (National Bank of Belgium’s Central Balance Sheet Office);
  • the certificate confirming that the successful bidder is liable for VAT (VAT database);
  • the certificate of payment of social contributions (National Social Security Office database);
  • the certificate confirming the business is not bankrupt (Banque Carrefour des Entreprises).

As an intermediary agent between the regional and federal level, the BRIC now manages the activation process for this service on behalf of the communes of the Brussels-Capital Region. The vast majority of them have already chosen the Digiflow application, which clearly helps advance the process of administrative simplification.

The "tax debts” and “contractor approval” certificates are now available! The manuals and other useful information can be obtained from the website of the Agence pour la Simplification Administrative (French-Dutch).

How to get access to Digiflow

Before accessing Digiflow you need to create your profile on the federal e-Gov portal using your electronic ID card or your token.
To gain access to Digiflow, fill out the following documents and send them to our IRISline helpdesk.
